Community Vaginal Steaming

Vaginal Steaming is an autonomous health practice used across cultures to maintain optimum uterine health. Experience vaginal steaming in a safe and intimate environment. Raquel is a Licensed Midwife and Certified Peristeam Hydrotherapist that has been supporting people to understand their bodies and take their uterine health back into their hands since 2012. Whether you are wanting pain free periods, to increase your fertility, smell nice, tone up after giving birth, or ease into menopause, vaginal steaming can support you. Take your self-care to the next level and join Raquel for this empowering workshop. You will be guided through yoga movement focused on uterine health, a 10-15min vaginal steam session and uterine meditation. Leave feeling replenished and more connected to the wisdom of your own body!

What to wear: Please wear comfortable workout clothes to begin. We will start by doing gentle yoga movements for the uterus.

What to bring: Towel plus long skirt, dress, or poncho that stretches. Steaming requires that you be undressed from the waist down, no underwear.

Note- You can NOT be actively menstruating (bleeding fresh red blood) to participate in this workshop. It is okay to steam if you have brown blood or brown spotting going.

Space is limited to 10 people.
