Grounded in Pride is a spacious, affirming, and deeply nourishing 2 hour restorative yoga & meditation experience designed to honor rest as healing, celebration, and liberation. In a world that often asks LGBTQIA+ communities to stay vigilant, this workshop offers something different: a place to soften. Through gentle, fully supported restorative postures, guided meditation, breathwork, and intentional stillness, you’ll be invited to release, reflect, and reconnect. Using props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, each shape is designed to support your body completely—allowing your nervous system to settle and your body to rest without effort.

STRENGTH & RECOVERY FOR RUNNERS W/ RUNNING MAMIS

Strength & Recovery for Runners is your full-body reset — a powerful blend of strength training, cardio, and intentional recovery designed for runners. We'll begin with an all-levels 1-mile community run led by Running Mamis. Then, we'll transition into a runner-focused strength training session designed to build stability and support the muscles that power your runs, followed by intentional recovery through foam rolling and mobility work to release tension and help your body recover deeply. Whether you're training for a race, returning to running, or simply curious about trying something new, this class is for you. All paces are welcome. Walking is welcome. Come exactly as you are.
