BODY LOVE

a 60 minute session to tend to your beautiful and whole body. The session will begin with a warm up, then flow into fun and invigorating poses with smooth transitions that link your movement with your breath. Gentle reminders to love your body will be sprinkled all over you!

SWEET RESTORE

a 60 minute session of restorative postures. The session will begin with mindful stretches to warm up and then continue with a set of restorative postures. Postures are held for 3-5 minutes for a deep sense of release, ease, and calm of the body and mind. Recommended equipment: blanket, bolster or pillow, and two blocks.

FLEX FUSION

Flex Fusion is a 60 minute session combining aerobic and mat pilates style movements with loving reminders to connect with joy. The session will begin with a warm up, followed by a set of activating poses to warm the body and get the blood pumping. Class will end with a set of deep stretches to open the body and heart, leaving you feeling full of joy.

BODY STRONG

a 60 minute mindful body weight strength training session to activate, flex and build strength. The session will begin with a warm up to open the body followed by a series of dynamic movements and cardio to strengthen key areas of the body including arms/shoulders, core and lower body/hips. Optional equipment: bring your own weights 5-15 pounds

THE FEELS

a 60 minute strength training session for the body, mind (thoughts), and corazón (emotions). The session will begin with a warm up, followed by a set of activating poses, strength building sequences, and sound making

OPEN HIPS

a 60 minutes session leaving your whole body with a tingly, open, and relaxed kind of feeling. The session will begin with a warm up, followed by a set of activating poses to warm the body and get the blood pumping. Class will end with a set of deep hip opening stretches, leaving your entire body open and at ease.
