A fundamental class, ideal for any yoga practitioner, both beginner and seasoned. It’s a great way to develop and maintain the foundations of a strong and rooted yoga practice.
A nourishing restorative practice designed to calm the body and the mind by cultivating attention to breath while moving gently and sweetly. Unwind and Restore invites you to access the peace inside as you settle into a variety of restorative poses which are usually supported and held with props for several minutes.
Candlelight Yoga designed to help you release the tension from your day, as you gain strength in your pelvic floor. Through breath work and meditation you will have the opportunity to confront any limiting beliefs and transform them into empowerment tools. Together, we will build confidence and trust in our bodies ability in a safe and educational environment and go home feeling refreshed and connected to your bodies intelligence. Pregnant people are highly encouraged to attend.

An oldie and goodie, Warrior Glow is one of the first classes ever offered by People’s Yoga. This class combines creative movement with strength building, lots of planks and great music.

We honor the strength we walk in to the room with and embrace that at our core, we are more than enough. — A powerful flow designed to tap into your innate strength and build heat in the body. This class provides a well-rounded workout, with a focus on cultivating strength and flexibility in the core, upper, and lower body.

MOVE, FLOW & EXPLORE
Radical Self-Care offers a nourishing space for you to recenter, connect to your breath and body, and be held. This class puts into practice the idea that self-love and self-care are vital to maintaining overall wellness. We begin with mindful breathing, stretches, and gentle movement, before moving into a more vigorous flow. Class ends with restorative poses and a final relaxation in savasana, complete with aromatherapy.
An all-levels class combining simple stretching and strength building. Come to the mat to find rejuvenation in the middle of your day. Noon Flow combines movement to the rhythms and beat of your breath and flow.

Prenatal + Postnatal Yoga is designed to ease common pregnancy and postpartum discomforts as you gain strength in your pelvic floor. Whether you are preparing for birth or recovering from labor and birth the breath work and meditations in this class will give you the opportunity to confront any limiting beliefs and transform them into your empowerment tools. As a pregnant person you will build confidence and trust in your bodies ability to birth your baby in a safe and educational environment. Go home feeling invigorated and with actual techniques that will help you through your labor and birth. Postpartum parents you can bring your new baby with you or come alone for some you time! Your baby will be welcomed into the space and be incorporated into the postures so you can maximize your bonding time. Whether you come alone or bring your baby be assured that you will go home feeling stronger in your core and centered within yourself. This Prenatal + Postnatal Yoga class offers you the space to build community and ease into the adventure that is parenthood.
Our Wednesday Noon Flow class is prenatal and postnatal friendly. Noon Flow on Wednesdays is guided by Raquel Lemus, certified prenatal yoga instructor, doula and certified midwife. The classes are also open to students who are not pregnant nor expecting.

A playful class for the entire family to share movement and breath while having fun. This class is for all ages and all levels and combines movement and breath with creativity, imagination, adventure, sound and fun! $2 per youth under 18 years of age.
