We’ll begin with grounding and a short talk on anatomy, philosophy, and proprioception—then move into core work and sun salutations to fire up heat and focus. From there, we’ll break down three key inversions—tripod headstand, crow variations, and L-pose to handstand—using props and clear, step-by-step guidance. You’ll learn how to approach each pose safely, playfully, and at your own pace. We’ll finish with cool down, reflection, and Q&A. Leave feeling stronger, braver, and ready to flip your perspective—on and off the mat.
