About the Event

Good for deep rest, stress release, and resetting your nervous system. Body Rest is a guided meditation practice known as yogic sleep—a state of conscious rest where the body completely relaxes while the mind remains aware. One hour of Body Rest can feel as restorative as several hours of sleep. Expect to be guided through calming breathwork, body scans, and visualization techniques that leave you grounded, refreshed, and renewed.
